§ 14-575. Compliance with laws and ordinances; safety.

The driver of any vehicle provided for in this article shall operate such vehicle in accordance with the laws of the state and the ordinances of the city. He shall exercise due regard for the safety, comfort, and convenience of their passengers and the general public.
