§ 53. Status of existing ordinances, bylaws, etc.

Be it further enacted, that all ordinances, bylaws, rules and regulations heretofore adopted by the mayor and council of the Town of Cumming, which are now in force and not inconsistent with, or repugnant to any provision of this Act shall remain in full force and effect under this Charter until repealed, altered, or amended by the City Council of Cumming.
