§ 43. Nuisances.

Be it further enacted, that the City Council of Cumming shall have full power and authority to declare what shall be deemed a nuisance in said city, and to provide for the abatement of the same. The municipal court of said city shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the city council with respect to the trial and abatement of nuisances in said city.
