§ 15. Eligibility requirements for mayor and councilmen.

Be it further enacted, that no person shall be eligible to the office of mayor of the city who is not twenty-one years of age, who has not resided in the City of Cumming for a period of one year next preceding the date of his election, and who is not a qualified voter of said city. No person shall be eligible to the office of councilman of the City of Cumming who is not twenty-one years of age, who has not resided in the City of Cumming for the period of one year next prior to his election, and who is not a qualified voter of said city.
