§ 4-216. Minors and intoxicated persons.
(a)
Except as otherwise authorized by law, no licensee shall sell or permit to be sold alcoholic beverages to any person under the legal drinking age as prescribed by state law. No licensee permitted to sell distilled spirits by the package shall permit any person under the legal drinking age as prescribed by state law to be in, frequent, or loiter about the licensed premises, unless this person is accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or custodian; however, this subsection shall not apply to persons who are employees under the terms of this chapter.
(b)
No licensee shall permit on the licensed premises the sale, barter, exchange, giving, providing, or furnishing alcoholic beverages to any person who is in a state of noticeable intoxication.
