§ 4-44. Display of license and ordinance at place of business.

(a)

The city alcoholic beverage license shall at all times be kept plainly exposed to view to the public at the place of the business of the licensee.

(b)

Each licensee licensed under this article shall keep a copy of the ordinance from which this article is derived upon the licensed premises and shall instruct any person working there with respect to the terms of this article; and each licensee, the licensee's agents and employees shall at all times be familiar with the terms of this article. The licensee shall in all respects be the responsible party for violations of this article.
