§ 2-176. Penalty for violation.

(a)

The municipal court shall have the power to punish convictions on citations issued by the code enforcement officer in accordance with the city's Code of Ordinances section 1-11. Nothing in this article shall require the maximum penalty to be assessed, as the Municipal Court may tailor any punishment for violation to the facts and circumstances of each individual case.

(b)

Any fine imposed may be collected as a judgment pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 17-10-20, including the issuance of a writ of fieri facias.
