§ 2-110. Established.

There is established the City of Cumming Recreation Commission, referred to in this division as the recreation commission. This commission shall consist of five persons serving without pay. Vacancies in such commission occurring otherwise than by expiration of term shall be filled by another appointment for the unexpired term.
