§ 111-55. Water and sewer service area.

Latest version.

The city water and sewer service area shall be established by the mayor and council. The rules and regulations established by the city shall be enforceable to all portions of the water and sewer service area. No properties within the water and sewer service area shall be served by any other municipality or government entity, county government, or private water and/or sewer entity.
