§ 105-6. Flood insurance studies adopted by reference.

For the purposes of this chapter, the Flood Insurance Study, dated June 18, 1990, with accompanying maps and other supporting data and any revision thereto are hereby adopted by reference. For those land areas annexed into the city, the current effective flood insurance study and data for unincorporated Forsyth County, dated September 19, 2007, with accompanying maps and other supporting data and any revision thereto, are hereby adopted by reference.
